1.1. Getting started

 
As a supplier you will normally receive this Excel form attached to an email.
 
Please save the file locally on your computer.  
 
From June 2022, Microsoft will disable macros by default in Excel, you can still open and access the file by taking the following steps:
 
Find the file you saved on your computer, right click then select Properties:
 
 
 
 
Next check the Unblock button, then apply:
 
 
 
 
Now open the file then click Enable Editing.
 
 
Then click Enable Content.
 
 
This may bring up an informational message from your customer.
This usually contains a brief instruction regarding the content of the form and how to navigate between tabs.
 
Close this message to get started on completing the form.
 
You can save the form to your local drive and complete incrementally, you do not have to complete the form in a single session. If you do not wish to see the informational message every time you open the form, untick the box.
