Class A - Query List Only should be used to declare whether or not your product is compliant (or contains substances below threshold) or not compliant (or contains substances above threshold) or is compliant by exemption to a preset list of environmental regulations
If your customer requires only a Class A - Query List Only declaration, or if you have the choice and chose only to provide a Class A - Query List Only declaration
You will only have to complete the Business info, Products, SCIP and Sign Off sections of the form
The Class A data appears in the Products section of the form
On the Products section you must click in cells with a drop-down arrow and select the appropriate data statement from a list for each product at Level 1
Your customer may require you to respond to Query Lists applicable to the IPC-1752 standard and may include:
